Benefits Of A St Andrews Country Club Membership

Benefits Of A St Andrews Country Club Membership

If you are looking for a brand new Boca Raton home, you may want to consider living in an exclusive country club like St Andrews. St Andrews Country Club is a large golfing and vacation resort located in the heart of Boca Raton. There are many different benefits that come with living in a private community that justify the price. Here are some of the key benefits available in the St Andrews Country Club in Boca Raton.

Environment

St Andrews Country Club was created in 1982 on a large plot of land. Massive golf courses cover over the landscape along with over 700 luxury homes and 70 acres of lakes. The landscaping is all kept up for you as part of your membership. The flowers, grass, roads, and everything else included are all kept in perfect condition that you never have to worry about yourself. The community itself is located very close to everything else you may need such as schools, restaurants, shopping and entertainment centers.

Things to Do

Another benefit of the St Andrews Country Club membership is the long list of activities you have available to you at any given time. The club has a high tech fitness center if you want to work out or get some exercise. For more relaxing activities, there are a number of various bars and restaurants to enjoy. If you like to go out and enjoy the social life, there are events and parties to attend throughout the year.

Golf

Probably the biggest single reason that anyone would want to live in a country club golf resort is to take advantage of the golf course. The St Andrews Country Club has two different courses to keep you busy. The first was designed by Ted McAnlis and the second was designed specifically by Arnold Palmer. Both courses are designed to take advantage of the beautiful scenery while also providing a significant challenge for experienced golfers. Along with the two distinct courses, a training facility and official pro shop are both available for anything you need when it comes to your golfing game.

Along with the golfing benefits, the club also has a full size pool and tennis courts for members to enjoy. The pool is a heated official junior Olympic sized pool with a large deck and pavilion for dining. The pool also has a designated play area for children along with a heated spa whirlpool to relax in. The tennis facility includes 16 courts along with men’s and women’s locker rooms.

Security

One of the added benefits of country club membership is the increased security for you and your family at all times. The entire community is gated and requires access through a main gate to enter at all times. Each home in the resort is wired with advanced state of the art home security systems that are monitored at all times. In addition to all of this, mobile security guards are on patrol at all hours of the day for assistance.
